Policies and Guidelines

Deposit, Payment, and Waivers

Upon enrollment in our program, a waiver for liability must be filled out and a non-refundable deposit of $50 must be paid in full. Payment for the full week of camp must be paid completely 14 days prior to the start of camp.

Red Horse Ranch currently takes payments via Venmo, Zelle, check, and cash.

Late Pickup Policy

Pickup must be completed within 30 minutes of the designated program's end.

If the child is not picked up on time, a $50 fee is assessed for every 30 minutes the child is left in our care, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes.

Behavior Policy and Rules

Red Horse Ranch reserves the right to send campers home at any time for any reason, and requires pickup for children when requested. At the ranch, we spend all day around animals; some of them are quite large and carry inherent risk. For this reason, it is important campers are willing and able to follow directions. A camper can be completely dismissed from the program if sent home multiple times in one week of camp, or for any other reason. In this case, refunds are not offered.
